Lol, what? We havr enough, people struggle to her hired just like everywhere else, albeit for for different economic reasons. I'm not even aware of any kind of option for companies to sponsor foreign workers... I mean I'm sure they exist, but it might be a lot of red tape and also why would a company want to pay American wages or in case of EU folks applying, deal with their lazy asses and not being able to speak Russian? Anyone who thinks they can get hired from abroad from a western country and move to Russia is deranged.
