I've messed around a bit with local diffusion and gotten some results I liked, but soon I want to really jump into it. I have a few questions.

What's the deal with auto1111? I believe I set that up because it was recommended in this thread but I no longer see it. Is it just not considered as good now? I'm a tech normie compared to some of you autists, so I need a UI that will be intuitive to learn with. Among all the nice simple UIs, what's the most standard? And how much more advanced is ComfyUI compared to the simpler ones like auto1111 and Metastable?
