Now THIS is interesting. I've been using K2 on the OR text completions endpoint, and getting no refusals,. Just now I corrected the template to be what you just said, and I suddenly got 100% refusals for my prompt. Reverted back to a wrong template and now the model's horny and sick again.
So it looks like the key to no refusals is to use the text completions endpoint with an incorrect formatting template.
