My neighbor found out I was good at computers
He said he'd give me $50 if I could fix his desktop that his grandson supposedly broke
That thing was riddled with malware from porn sites. Thought I was gonna have to do a full wipe, but I managed to get it clean with Malwarebytes on a flash stick. I installed spybot for good measure, let it block tons of pornware at the dns level
A week later his grandson has removed all that and got the computer reinfected
Got another $50
