There's this retarded fallacy that real men are "leaders", that they are people with some kind of inherent intelligence and strength to guide others in times of hardship. That is, of course, complete bullshit.
Good leaders are people that have experience doing a thing and know how to direct others how to do it, keeping others' capabilities in mind. They are strong collaborators and are the first to admit that they don't know everything and can't do everything themselves, which is the exact opposite of what these retarded influencers and macho faggots say.
