What the fuck are you trying to argue here? He already admitted under oath that he wasn't coerced or forced to rape his sisters. He weaseled his way out by forcing the trial to be redone until he got an incompetent judge who bought his "I'm a poor autistic computer nerd and my religious father was bad woe is me" shtick.
The judge was so incompetent he refused to acknowledge that he had previously admitted to molesting other girls or that he changed his initial testimony in which he admitted to penetrating his sister with his penis in multiple occasions.
It's sickening to read his cross-examimation because the fucker gives a shallow, pop-sci explanation of asperger's syndrome, one that very conveniently paints him as a computer genius who cannot understand social settings, even though he exhibits none of the characteristics of being a low-functioning aspie.
