Why do programmer bros keep insisting ChatGPT can’t code? Clearly it can, people are literally getting fired because of it. I get that they mean it isn’t perfect, but they’re missing the bigger picture. AI is new, it’s improving fast, and it’s not going to stop. Why do they assume it’ll never get better or replace them? Is it just denial? Sure, they might be better than AI right now, but four years ago AI couldn’t even draw, and now it outperforms most artists.
