yeah, this is why all the agentic shit and IDE pivots dispel the nonsense companies like OpenAI and Anthropic keep claiming
if they were going automate software engineering or any other field they wouldn't sell you access to the model, they would keep it to themselves and collect all the money
whats more likely they want people to do the R&D to figure out viable products using LLMs and then they want to rugpull their model access and release their own competitor a la amazon
