Why is there a law that prohibits you from doing whatever, if it doesn't even impose on anyone else or take away from their freedoms?
Prohibit littering and DUI or whatever (which probably is prohibited), that's a much more meaningful, as both are "freedoms" that reduce somebody else's freedom. Skip stupid laws. Let stupid people do stupid things, and let them win the stupid prizes.
