Upscale (by a bit): Nvidia
Software compatibility/Tools: Nvidia
Raster performance: AMD
Price: AMD
Linux compatibility (for now): AMD

Nvidia wins for most use-cases.

AMD doesn't have bad silicon, but their software is poor.
Nvidia is partly to blame - they dominate the industry with proprietary tech and AMD must follow. At the same time AMD isn't innovating.
This has led to a steady decrease in AMD GPU adoption.
People may hate on AMD, but we need them to compete or prices get out of hand, like they have for the past couple of years.
