That's not refuting the point that I'm making, which is that a game that was previously economically feasible to make would no longer be, and will therefore not be made. Yes other games will be made adapting to these new rules, but you can't deny that the set of games makeable with EU regs is strictly smaller than the one with. In the end it will only deprive us of experiences we could have otherwise gotten, which isn't a good thing.
