A medical equipment manufacturer is not obligated in any scenario to give a hospital blueprints for the equipment nor are they required to give indefinite support. You've also mistaken the immediacy of harm from someone eating food they are allergic to and conflating it to medical software which becomes obsolete because it was programmed for Windows XP. And this is within the context of STOP KILLING GAMES. You aren't dying because I didn't give you my game's source code. Yes, you are entitled to a working binary of my game that won't turn off because my server turns off. And no, you aren't entitled to my game's source code and no other industry has this requirement.
