You retarded niggers. Opening a bank account requires that the bank identifies you. Either by going in person to an office of that bank or alternatively verifying your identity through the internet. And no, that won't happen by sending them an image of your drivers license. You third world niggers just can't wrap your head around the concept of being able to verify your identity online and it happening without sending shitty pictures of your ID to someone. I've been building a fully online onboarding process to become a customer in a bank without having to visit an office and show someone your ID, but instead verifying your identity fully online, and not with pictures of IDs. And that was ten fucking years ago. I identify myself for various online services at least on a monthly basis and I've never had to send someone a picture of my ID. The technology has been there for ages.
