been on a case fan silencing rabbit hole and found this which is apparently a very og solution
a 5mm spacer for pull fans that are against or near a grill
tried it myself by just holding a loose fan closer and further from grills and the sound difference is insane, from annoying whine to whoosh
where I want to get to is I couldn't for the fucking life of me actually find something like this on aliexpress
tried every single fucking synonym for spacer and there's nothing someone please prove me wrong
it's just a piece of ABS, they could make them by the thousands and sell them at fucking $1 a pop for 50x profit
