If the argument is that viewing CP is bad because it incentivizes more CP to be made, then what about viewing old CP that was made decades ago? What’s the argument against that? They could just set a cutoff point and say any CP that was before a certain date is legal to view from here on out, while still making newly produced CP illegal.
