anon...you don't genuinely believe a company is a singular entity that genuinely cares about you on a personal level do you? do you legitimately believe Apple loves you? please tell me you didn't buy into the marketing that hard.
they will do anything that makes them money and won't lead to lawsuits. and even then, they'll gladly do things that get them sued as long as the lawsuits and legal fees don't end up outweigh the point of whatever landed them there in the first place. a company exists to make money, what else are they for?
