the only reliable way to get setuid() on Windows is to make a custom program that probes and prods the LSA subsystem, similar to how OpenSSH Server works on Windows. runas is not even remotely the same as sudo and you'd know this if you knew anything about software.
either way, I'm not even talking about whatever fresh hell windows "sudo" is, I'm talking about basic shit like unix domain sockets, eBPF, symbolic links, containers, futex, working C99 libc (UCRT), afd poll based IO, and a shitload more.
