But Premiere/Resolve, Photoshop/ Affinity Photo, AutoCAD and so on all support GPU acceleration for various tasks. Though some software like Blender is massively faster when rendering on Nvidia hardware. It really depends on what software you use and whether it requires CUDA or will run with something like OpenCL.
