There may be a BIOS setting to tell it to stop doing memory training every boot, iirc. I think that may be causing the longer boot up, at least I remembered something like that.

5800X3D is significantly 'weaker" in many regards and is pretty damn close in this one vid, and the trend is the same generally on other games and general benchmarks but I cant be bothered to find a vid. Tl:dr CPU has more impact at 1080p but in general it effects the 1% lows the most
