I want to make a semi-mobile battlestation on wheels. Should I...
>1. Keep my PC in one place and use kvm extenders (over cat5e)?
>2. Keep the PC mobile and use a UPS for grace period to switch power sources?
I already have a stationary UPS for my modem/router/pc/server I would be purchasing a second one to do #2.
For #1 I could use some cheap amazon desk, whereas #2 I'd probably need to build my own suitable desk (or tie together 2 from amazon) to fit my equipment in an acceptable way, which would set me back months, possibly forever.
