It’s a one time fee, they can continue if they pay it.
It’s just a shake-down. I believe it’s “racketeering” in the U.S. and a crime.
I’d spend my money to bring suits in U.S federal courts as a criminal a action, in addition to any relevant civil suits against ofcom and anybody ekse involved so they will be arrested if they enter the US or fly over US airspace.
