The internet was created by the US.
They should levy usage fees retroactively back it’s inception (with interest) on all users, and the UK government and cut them off by whatever means necessary if the don’t comply while maintaining the fees and compounding interest.
Kind of like the UK’s “TV Tax”

I thought everyone could fall back on watching reruns of Coronation Street for a second there.
