outsourcees are best at shitting out crap c++ code because that's what they (think they) "learned" in their unis using decades old PCs running Visual Studio on windows XP with an old ass c++ compiler that thinks main() is a void function. this is incidentally a part of the reason why microjeet has a lot of c++ code.
rust is neither pro nor anti outsourcing. it's unapologetically a meritocratic language. local, remote, or outsourced, the only requirement is competence. but most (not all) outsourcing explicitly seeks cheap monkeys.
