"Third-party" repo, where the same maintainers build packages that do not comply with RHEL/Fedora's strict licensing rules (Fedora isn't FSF-approved only because of kernel blobs, other than that it's compliant, and that crazy Brazilian guy who keeps churning those deblobbed Linux-libre kernels actually keeps a dedicated repo to easily install them on EL/Fedora). If I inherently trust the person who builds mesa packages for official repo, then why shouldn't I trust him with building proprietary Nvidia drivers? It's kind of "the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" situation.
