You can make nvdia gpu work on linux quite easy but performance varies
Thankfully Jeetows is doing it's great work in getting worse and worse and harder to run out of the box than linux that in few years linux gaming could actually have a noticeable marketshare.
Also Nvdia is fellating AI enterprise way way too much so they are gonna get worse and worse for gaming, Blackwell launch and it's drivers for months have been an absolute disaster in terms of stocks and stability
