I rely heavily on NVENC/NVDEC, CUDA, and occasionally DLSS. For me, I can cope because I need the hardware multiple times a day. For the average person? AMD and Nvidia GPUs are identical. Just go with whichever gets you more value at your price range unless you EXPLICITLY know you need the hardware features, most don't.
Pretending like AMD is some subhuman poo tier alternative is delusional. And meme frames are meaningless, all that matters is the raw raster performance.
