then do more sucking in your stomach until your anterior pelvic tilt is fixed.
also look up some hip flexor stretches and do those a lot. it'll help bring in your pelvis.

to the OP and anyone else, fix this shit before you herniate your L4/L5. Do a some bird dogs, core exercises, and if you have access to a "roman chair" do that for lower back strength or figure it out on a bed. If you haven't herniated anything yet, do some deadlifts.
