Floor heating is nice, but can't rapidly heat a room. It requires that you keep a room at a more or less fixed temperature or else it takes FOREVER to heat up. Unless you punch a disproportional amount of heating energy into the system; which is a) more costly than radiators and b) induces a LOT of wear on the floor rapidly heating, and can cause cracks.
