If youre lifting something more than 50 pounds (22 kilos) off the ground youre asking for back injury. Only white trash give stupid advice on how to do exercises and most everyone who has some kind of permanent sports injury is because they are white trash or took advice from white trash. Bear in mind you can sue a company that that requires you to lift more than 50lbs if it causes you any kind of back pain.
