mentality can only come from people who have absolutely no fucking idea how to use a computer - which is the reason Apple is so successful, that's the exact group of people targeted. Just like MacDonalds is for people who don't know anything about food.
That doesn't mean it's good, it just means loads of people are too stupid to understand how bad it is.
