i like to call these sorts of projects productivity larping
i imagine the ennui this guy experiences must be crazy, so it's natural that he has created this simulation for himself
he isn't particularly good at anything he's doing and as such can't really contribute anything of value to any field
instead he spends 20k on a pet project and makes a video telling people about things they don't have time or money to do
the videos are little more than a form of therapy
