Well think about it. They don't have internet issues. Everyone has fiber. If they are only interested in what is on rutracker the typical public tracker problems don't apply to them. Good peering to each other. Unlike a lot of public trackers rutracker is well organized with the content they specifically want. What would a private tracker give them that they don't already have?
