over the years i bought several retekess radios for my elderly relatives and they were all pretty happy with them
the only complaints i've ever heard were:
1) quickly scrolling through stations on the ones without dedicated frequency selection buttons (so the super small ones) is kind of a pain
2) on the ones with an analog knob (the tuning is still purely digital though iirc) the tuning is pretty sensitive
