My boss doesn't even really care for performance metrics. I'm probably going to get a 2 or 3. It feels demoralizing since how is it my fucking fault I haven't achieved anything this year when upper management and stakeholders keeps fucking holding the fort. PM isn't moving the project because there's always something new and it's "our" fault that it's not moving because we said "oh we won't be able to implement this because of x". "oh okay". "ask the same question next week" "still no." "oh okay". "ask the same question next week" "still no but you can try checking if y has a solution for this" "ask the same question next week."
Otherwise my work is chill so I should just layback and take the 2/5 or 3/5 but at the same time I'm looking at my "star coworker" and I'm just like this is fucking bullshit bro.
