I hate when people post these stories that gradually evolve post by post just to countersignal advice they get, maybe you are a retard and deserve to get fucked over. If you are working for le big serious bank that has the power to blacklist you from an entire industry then how did they fuck up something as basic as your starting pay? All of these companies have standardized compensation practices, retard, there's 0% chance someone pressed the wrong button or something and gave you a 30% boost, that's not how it works.
If they are already fucking you over on something as basic as your starting salary then I can guarantee you are not working at a good job and you will always get fucked over there but you sound fucking retard anyways so maybe that's for the best. I went from fuck them to fuck you.
