The only place it is legal to be nude in public in Miami-Dade is at Haulover Beach. This video is not Haulover Beach. It looks like nearby South Beach but nudity isn't legal there, which doesn't mean there isn't plenty of nudity but it would be extremely unusual to have another nude person walk by in the background of someone else filming themselves nude. Unless it was Haulover Beach.
