i imagine a significant amount of your frustration is your video card because you are both a VRAMlet in Wan terms and you're using AMD which is even worse, pick up an RTX 3060 12GB and it'll JustWerk most likely but you'll be waiting probably 4-5 mins for 480p gens
the walkthrough in the wan22ldgguide is pretty simple to follow, just copy and paste where appropriate
