This kind of system can be positively working only in a society where all the members of society are well organized as individuals.
It doesn't necessarily mean everyone has to be 150 iq, CEO some shit like that.

But pro tips:

Many people exert their vote and political 'right' just because there are peer pressure to do so. I believe this is main factor of why muh-vote is always ended up as popularity contest like "Who's the hottest chad or stacy of our highschool?".

I also think there are few politicians who deeply think of their people and recognize this dirty(from current time's perspective) truth and how the dualism is constructed in today's society.
So even they think only way to lead their people to a good path is getting out of the muh democracy but saying ''Democracy is suck bros. We should get other system." is completely suicidal.
