Yeah, Naruto has a super important job and Hinata is absolutely loyal to him, but in real life it's a literal stereotype where CEOs and world leaders' significant others cheat on them or they do the cheating because they don't see their partner often enough. They just have to put on a straight face and pretend everything is fine to keep up appearances. Which is why it works that Hinata would be a nice and kind mother with her children and look good out and about with Naruto, all the while she's secretly getting railed by whomever every night that Naruto is away.
And that's not even accounting for Naruto's goofy personality and interactions where it barely makes sense for Hinata to be with him in the first place.
