If you just use default animation/limit yourself to base game (that most people dont play) its maximum is FFM otherwise lot of scenes are 1-1 buuuuut you can make some more interesting things yourself in studio, either it be gang bangs on single girl or a FFFM for examples form top of my head.
Most people do just treat this as a dress up with their dolls (even I do so to a point I stopped wanting to do nsfw scenes with them).
