Idk about the bug. Could be the positioning. Make sure the penis is set to BP-style and auto targeting is set correctly. The girl also needs BP innie / BP profundus or whatever it is.
To get something like BP to work you need to also use node constraints as well. BP bodies give access to the nodes needed for BP to work. You can add in another dick via the magnifying glass icon on left. Move it around to where you want it on the body, parent it to the actors crotch>penis.
