I stay away from it myself and don't think I've heard of much that's actually like that. Though I'd assume it's something like her being stolen, and then the MC getting her back before doing cuckolding stuff that's more consensual. I don't know, I'd say I think it's better if it's just NTS the whole way through without being NTR at any point. Still, I would argue that the way a story ends is more important than how it starts. Since the way things are when a story starts can be changed and often does, while the ending is more final.
