SKG hasn't achieved anything yet and it's really unlikely that they will at any point. The only power the petition has is to force the EU Commission to discuss drafting a law and sending to the Parliament. If they even propose a law, it would still have to be amended and voted so the lobbies have all the opportunities they need to either block it or neuter it before it passes. They can also just not write anything in the first place by claiming it's not an appropriate solution to the issue raised by the petition.
