So someone added an editor to the spreadsheet who seems to mainly do 3dpd pmvs, there are a few "hmvs" but I'm not really impressed, gonna delete the submission later, will leave the link up for a bit just in case anyone wants to grab them.

Added a new guideline to keep it non 3dpd.
