If you mean the repacks, it's newer/more plugins, and newer/more mods + the whole game for those that don't have it.
If it's just about updating mods, use the kk manager.

Never download mods that aren't for your game (or that 'edge' folder) as they'll cause problems in your game.
There's no 'download all' button there, you can only download 1 mod at a time - use the manager.
