Back to back trips checked. /h/ is slow. Defiance gets mentioned because it is high bpm and you rip your dick off to it. It's considered very hard to beat, and it's also one of the first ones that was over 1 hour. Most early FH were only 30 minutes. Now 1 hour is common.

I've played some that do, and some of the orders like grip adjusting or tip only make me lose my boner. Others like hold breath and spread legs help it sometimes. Usually my regular stroke is best. But sometimes changing it up does make it harder. That's the fun part about instructions, you can ignore them to play how you want. A common question being is a beat just up or up+down. I call the former half strokes beat 1 up beat 2 down, but I play with the full stroke, but actually I do down+up instead of up+down.
