From a writing perspective, what's the point?
If you want to include enough serious storytelling to justify all the couples being in the same story you'd probably be better off dropping the porn and just making an ecchi webtoon
If you don't, you're better off making a bunch of disconnected oneshots
And then there's the final option of just making a harem/love triangle plot
