Well we have an adult MC, like the first Sei Dorei + looking at the gallery it seems that we get an ending where every female in the cast gets knocked up .

Not to mention, apart from the "assistant female slave" character and a few of the female's from the 'prologue' - every other female seems to start as virgins.

So overall I would say that it's an improvement compared to the first two entries.
