It's been a while since I fully checked a work by Hiyori, and it's been more than a while since I listened to a マゾ治療 but I guess I did remember correctly that this type of works isn't intented for any treatment. Although (I think) I'm not a fan of deep voices, it worked quite well here with the whole premise/character, and I liked it. I was glad to get another work that uses 背面密着足コキ position which I somewhat recently got really into. I can't say there's actual progress within the tracks, so I suggest enjoying the ones with the plays that you prefer. Also, there was a lot of 心情代弁 for who's looking for that.
