Always assume it's a manipulation attempt unless she's giving you special favors no additional money required, and even then be skeptical. I sadly fell for one of these because we would do stuff that blurred the boundaries a bit without her asking for any extra money, but ultimately her behavior didn't actually suggest any feelings. Later she balked at me explicitly asking for something that we had done before after she got tired after a visit, which was essentially an overnighter for a slightly-better-than-hour rate, and it was pretty much confirmation to me that she's lying the whole time.
Honestly, I would not only suggest that it's fake, but also caution you against the kind of girls that employ such tactics to begin with. Its one thing to chat and vibe after a session for a bit, but its another for her to pretend it's anything other than business.
